Il mio collega e amico Francesco (noto anche col nome di Doctor Tarr) ha scritto un bel post sul suo blog prima di partire per il Meeting aziendale 2008 e mi sento di dare un seguito alla cosa.
Dopo il periodo di grande lavoro svolto in GoAdv per l'integrazione di Excite sui nostri sistemi e nella nostra azienda un bel weekend di relax ci stava veramente bene. Si è trattato di un'ottima opportunità per fare il punto della situazione e per avere modo di interagire direttamente con le persone dislocate in sedi lontane dalla nostra (a Roma).
Ci siamo ritrovati in Sardegna ad Alghero in quasi 100 persone provenienti da Roma, Pisa, Dublino e Manila. Alcuni di noi non si erano mai incontrati prima ed altri si erano sentiti e parlati solo tramite mail, messanger o skype. Sembrava di essere ai piedi della "torre di Babele" a sentire parlare tanta gente in maniera differente. L'ho trovato molto bello e costruttivo.
Ora si riprende il lavoro con tante idee nuove per la testa e tanti progetti per il futuro e soprattutto... aspettando il prossimo meeting!
